Mandy is a senior teaching assistant and has an NVQ level 3 in childcare and education, as well as certificates for first aid and basic food hygiene. She started training at Frizington in February 2001. She has also worked at St Gregory’s and St Patrick’s Infant School. She enjoys reading with the children and carrying out activities with them, especially art and craft sessions. She also enjoys planning the curriculum for the children. She is responsible for planning educare sessions and working with the younger children in the 0 to 3 years unit.
