Staff at Frizington Children's Centre
The staff in the Centre who work directly with the children are either qualified teachers or senior teaching assistants or classroom assistants. They are friendly, experienced, well trained and motivated. They are experts at;
- Providing a safe nurturing atmosphere in which each child can thrive and blossom
- Interacting with, challenging and supporting the children in every aspect of their day
- Getting to know the children well so they can build on their existing interests, knowledge and skills effectively, in order to help them reach their full potential
- Supporting the children and assisting them to become enthusiastic and independent learners
- Always available to speak to parents and carers
